IKEA's free spare parts

I recently dicovered that IKEA promises free spare parts for it's furnitures.One of my 7 year old coffee table was missing a cam lock nut. So, i placed an order for a single nut from the IKEA website.
Not thinking much about it, I was hoping best case would be that they would ask me to pick it up from thei local outlet.To my surprise, they shipped the part all the way from Slovakia to India. I even had to fill up customs forms for DHL delivery.
Extremely impressed by IKEA's commitment to repairability.
