Summary
Based on the teardown the repairability of the Google Pixel 10 seems to be moderate. While there are some positive aspects such as easily accessible battery and pull tabs for battery removal there are also negative aspects such as the use of adhesive for the back cover and battery and the need for a T4 Torx screwdriver. The fact that the screen can be replaced without removing the back cover is a positive aspect but the need to remove metal plates over cable connectors can be a bit cumbersome. Overall I would give the repairability of the Google Pixel 10 a score of 8.0 out of 10.
