Summary
Based on the teardown the repairability of the Google Pixel 9a seems to be average. While there are some positive aspects such as easily accessible battery and pull tabs for battery removal there are also negative aspects such as the use of adhesive for the back cover and battery and the need to remove plastic covers to access cables. The fact that the charging port is soldered to the main board also makes it difficult to replace. Overall I would give the device a score of 6.0 out of 10 for repairability.
