Based on the teardown the Google Pixel Fold is moderately repairable. It requires the use of heat and pry tools to remove the back plate and the outer screen as well as the removal of several screws. The battery camera lens covers and power button/volume keys can be replaced without taking the phone apart. The charger port is soldered to the main board making it difficult to replace. The inner foldable screen is glued in place and requires heat and pry tools to remove making it risky to replace.
