Summary

Based on the teardown the repairability of the Nokia Asha 501 seems to be relatively good. The lack of adhesive and the easy accessibility of the battery and screen are positive factors. However the need to remove the mid frame and the soldered charging port are negative factors that may make repairs more difficult. Overall I would give the device a score of 8.5 out of 10 for repairability.

Disassembly

No adhesive used for the Back cover. Clips can be removed without using a heat gun. Mid frame needs to be removed to access the parts.
Battery cable and the Battery are easily accessible. Charging port soldered to the main board making it hard to replace.
Screen cable and the Screen can be removed without removing too many components.
