Based on the teardown the repairability of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra seems to be moderate. The use of adhesive for the back cover and battery can make it difficult to open and access certain components. However the battery cable and pull tabs provided for battery removal are positive aspects. The screen cable and screen can also be removed without having to remove too many components.
