The Xiaomi 15T offers a moderately repair-friendly design with some strong points balanced by adhesive-related drawbacks. The battery and its cable are easy to access and the inclusion of pull tabs simplifies battery removal despite adhesive being used to secure it. The screen and its cable can also be removed without disassembling too many internal components which improves display repairability. However adhesive on the back cover and battery increases repair difficulty and risk during opening and several plastic covers over the boards must be removed before accessing internal connectors adding extra steps to repairs. Overall the device appears reasonably serviceable for common repairs but is still constrained by adhesive-heavy construction.
