The Xiaomi 17T Pro offers mixed repairability. The battery and its connector are relatively easy to access and Xiaomi includes pull tabs to help remove the battery which improves serviceability. However adhesive is used on both the back cover and the battery making disassembly more difficult and increasing the risk of damage during repairs. Screen replacement is also more complex because several internal components must be removed first and plastic covers over the boards add extra steps before cable access is possible. Overall basic battery servicing is manageable but more involved repairs such as display replacement are less repair-friendly.
