Summary
The iPad mini has some improvements in repairability compared to other iPads such as an easily accessible battery connector and a modular USB-C port. However the battery is still firmly glued down and the pull tabs are misleading. The iPad mini earns a 5.0 out of 10 on our repairability scale.
